Hey class SCEPTRE, last Friday i didn't have the time to tell you guys abut the blood donation drive thing. So I'm going to do it here.

What this group need to do:
-Create a speech to be read out about the fund raising activity.
-Assign a group member to inform the school(Staff and Student) about this event during assembly.
*note: The person must have a clear and loud voice
-After you've create the speech t be read out,send it to Mr Ben

I will ask Mr Ben to approve if he think that the content is okay.
To the members from publicity, i hope to get this done by T2W1.

My reason for getting it done so quickly is because in order for other groups to
start working out on their plan, we need fund.
eg. food/goodieBag,Designing group.

its your duty to inform them and setting a date to meet.Your leader phone for this group had been confiscated.Anyone in the group can help to arrange and inform your leader too.
You can start planning with e members that you are able to contact with. By any means, get it done during the holiday
Flyers and Brochure
Desgning team will be involve for this task.
For the flyers, you need to have the date, day and venue for our blood donation activity.
As well as our target and purpose for this activity.
As for the brochure,here are some example you could include :
-Why blood donation is important
-Why do we need blood desperately
(your leader had come up with idea. Contact her. Above are just some point you might consider)
Spreading this event to the neighbourhood through the RC
For this, we need someone who is good in english. The publicity team may want to do this.
Or we could ask others for help,
I have thought that we might want to write a letter to the Chairman, to help
in spreading this BDD event around the neighbourhood as we need support from them as well.
Previously, Mr Siva had decided to give us the contact number of the chairman so we could contact him to help us in spreading this event.
But after much consideration , i think writing a letter will be more approporiate.
Pls tell give me your suggestion on which is better through tagging.

Fund Usage and Management
This applies to all groups. If you have to buy things related to this event,pls kindly keep the receipt with you or ASK for a receipt if they didn't issue one for you. I want to know what you have bought and the quantity as well.By the way, i not only need the total amount but the amount for each item. This is very important as we need to know what we are spending.
Mr Ben will help us keep the fund. Those who need the money ask from Mr Ben and return e change to Mr Ben.Every cents count, so return the coins too. You can also use your own money first and Mr Ben will pay you the amount that you have spent. But you must have the receipt with you.If not you will keep the things and we will buy the things again using the fund.This is to ensure that we are able to note down the amount correctly.
What shall we do with the remaining fund after this event will be decided by Mr Ben.
I know its a bit too much, but this is just to ensure that the fund are used properly.
I hope to avoid any misunderstanding because it always happen due to the loose expectation on how the fund should be use.
I apologise to those who think it is too much.But i think this is the best we could do to prevent such misunderstanding from happening.

I think that's all for the blood donation drive plan.
Those are just what needs to be done first, I cant think of anything else for now.Will inform in the blog once i have ideas.
