I have a few ammendments to make to Bing Xuan's planning.
1)The Leader of each group has to be another member.
Randomly picked later on.
2)I need Drafts ONLY; esp PUBLICITY team.
I understand that most of you have alot of tasks in hand,therefore,only the
draft of your presentation is needed.
Please have 100% concentration and I do not entertain to last-minute "anyhow-do" piece.
3)This is the best time for you to get funds from you parents or self.
These funds are needed asap to get the other stuffs going.
Regards to funds-keeping, I will bring this matter forward to Mr. Ben.
4)I realise that some of you are not keen on this event.
I seek your understanding and co-operation.
Your marvellous ideas are very welcomed and will be put into action.
Do give frequent feedbacks regarding how to improve this event.
Remember ! This is a class effort. Possibly the last year for us to remain united.
p.s. My brain juices are fully squeezed that no more are flowing :x
